Construction Project Manager – High-End Residential (Marin County)
Established, reputable GC specializing in high-end home construction celebrated for superior quality and craftsmanship seeking a highly qualified Project Manager for immediate work in Marin County. Applicants must have extensive (min. 8 years) in the field of residential construction and remodeling with project values starting at $3+m.
Our expectations: You can manage 1-2 high-end residential construction projects, monitoring project costs, including prime/client change orders, subcontractor management (cost/scope evaluation, contracts, change orders, and billings). Work closely with site supervisors, architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, vendors and most importantly, high-end clientele. You need to be comfortable with technology and know your way around a spreadsheet.
