Skilled Journeyman Repair Technician - Handyman / Repairman - Commercial Repairs
Hello: My name is Mike McCarthy with Mercury Maintenance and I am looking for a Senor Repair Technician for repair work on Commercial Buildings in Downtown San Francisco.

I operate a small maintenance company who has been offering services in downtown San Francisco since 1982. Most of our customers have been using our services for many years. This leads to job security for our workers and managers.
You DO NOT NEED TO USE YOUR OWN TRUCK OR VEHICLE, as we provide those.
You DO NOT NEED TO BE A SUBCONTRACTOR. You will be an employee with Benefits
Here’s what you need
a.) 2 years or more years’ experience in minor repairs
as plumber, electrician, handyman, repairman, building engineer or repair technician
b.) Be able to communicate with written reports on conditions in commercial buildings.
c.) You need problem-solving skills, a good eye for quality and detail, and be able to plan well.
d.) Must have a clean DMV record (Less than 3 tickets and No DUI)
e.) Must have tools. Tool bag, basic Hand Tools - power drill, power saw etc.
You will need experience in some of these trades
Minor Plumbing
Minor Electrical (changing ballasts, etc.)
Drywall, stucco repairs
Prep and Paint
General carpentry
Low Voltage
Install and repair windows, doors, and hardware.
General troubleshooting
General preventative maintenance of facilities

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour to start
Progressive wage increases once trained, usually $1.00 per hour in 90 days.
