HANDYMAN NEEDED!
We are a property management company looking for a local professional and responsible person to do a wide assortment of repairs on our units.
You will make your own schedule and be responsible for making your own appointments with tenants. You will be assigned work orders and are expected to make contact with tenants and make subsequent repairs in a timely manner.
Must be able to make experienced repairs while able to communicate with tenants in a polished manner.
