We are a property management firm looking for a local professional that is responsible and able to do a wide assortment of repairs on our units.
Work orders will be assigned to you. You will make your own schedule and will be responsible for making your own appointments with tenants. You will be expected to make contact with tenants and make repairs in a timely manner.
Must be able to make experienced repairs while able to communicate with tenants in a professional manner.
Rental experience, Spanish speaking and computer/smartphone proficiency is a plus!
