Experienced Heating Technician – Join San Francisco’s Leading Plumbing & Heating Team!
Arch Plumbing Inc., a top-tier plumbing and heating company in San Francisco, is looking for experienced Heating Technicians to join our growing team. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and install heating systems, including furnaces, boilers, and hydronic systems
Work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot complex heating issues
Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including time, materials, and expenses
Operate hand, power, and shop tools safely and effectively
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are ready for each job
Keep company-provided work trucks clean, stocked, and organized
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential heating system service and installation (must be verifiable)
High school diploma, trade school certification, or equivalent work experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, web applications)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (minimum 2 years driving history)
Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Job Details & Benefits:
Work Locations: Multiple locations in San Francisco and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation (O/T available)
