Responsibilities for our technicians include diagnostic review, repair and replacement of parts as well as the replacement and installation of equipment.
Ensure that the hardware that is being serviced or repaired is kept in good working order and is correctly diagnosed if any problems arise. They should also be able to repair, replace or install complex machinery and devices in their specific area of competence. The general range of HVAC duties includes:
Installing new hardware and complex products while ensuring that they work correctly and safely
Educating others about the correct use and upkeep of products
Repairing broken-down or damaged equipment either in the field or at a diagnostic and repair center
Assessing hardware and installation functionality and preparing reports about maintenance and repair work that they have performed
Educate customers to invest in necessary replacements or vital repairs to key components and hardware devices
Handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner
Explaining complex installation, diagnostic and repair issues in a way that’s accessible to a nontechnical audience

Must have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass drug tests and background check

Has, or is ready to gain, a strong knowledge of all aspects of residential HVAC systems
Educates the customer on the health and operation of their system post installations
Ensure the job site is organized, clean and adheres to all safety requirements
