1. 10 plus years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience.
2. Proficient with package units, split systems, air cooled chillers, water cooled chillers, low pressure steam
boilers,
hot water heating systems and boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, vfds, humidifiers, VRF systems, etc.
3. Proficient with pneumatic controls, ddc controls etc
4. Good people skills, able to work with and train apprentices.
5. Good computer skills.
6. Clean dmv record.
7. Union wage scale with Union benefits and pension
8. Vehicle and power tools provided
