HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking an exceptional HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, customer-focused, and committed to delivering top-quality service.
As part of our dynamic and passionate team, you will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues while providing outstanding customer service. This role is based out of our office, but you will travel daily within our service area.
Responsibilities
Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC mechanical failures.
Deliver efficient, high-quality service to exceed customer expectations.
Establish strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate expertise to earn referrals.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and maintain a well-inventoried service vehicle.
Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Flip jobs into sales when necessary.
Requirements
A valid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record.
Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through.
A desire for continuous growth and improvement in the field.
A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a flexible attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Ownership of basic tools or willingness to obtain them shortly after hire.
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
A clean, professional appearance.
A "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with backgrounds in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, or general construction are encouraged to apply, as these skills will be beneficial for the role.
