Experience in framing and framing layout, door and window installation, cabinet layout and install, interior trim, exterior siding, flashing and waterproofing. Plan reading and understanding of construction process and procedures. I need a carpenter. Skills in painting or tile or drywall are not a priority. Must have reliable transportation. Complete tool kit. CA drivers license and clean DMV. Current work history and quality references required. Ability to follow direction and work unsupervised. Employment history or resume.
