Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $25.00/Hr - $32.00/Hr
Work Location: Santa Rosa and Surrounding Cities

Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the execution of landscape construction & other projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Work with local vendors to acquire materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
Site Preparation: Coordinate site preparation activities, including grading, excavation, and site clearing, to ensure a solid foundation for landscaping installations.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, crew, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Conduct weekly safety meeting with crew members and maintain safe working conditions at all times
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years minimum experience in Landscape Construction as a foreman or above. 5 Years minimum experience in the landscape industry. Education in horticulture/construction/etc. Counts towards minimum experience years if proof of education is provided.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish. Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
