We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader within our Maintenance Division who will be responsible for managing 2 to 3 employees and the landscape maintenance upkeep of multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
Managing multiple services including landscape maintenance production, spray operations, fertilization, tree care, and minor irrigation
Ensuring that all crew members, including themselves, follow safety policies and procedures
Understanding clients’ needs and expectations
Must have strong communication skills
Coordinating with management, customers, and employees
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience managing gardeners providing commercial or HOA landscaping or related services
Clean driving record and valid license
English fluency is required, and Spanish is a plus
