We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated, and customer-service-oriented person with a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end gardening to join our team. You must be able to work with others, as well as, give direction and oversee your properties to the highest standards. We provide the highest quality of craftsmanship, design ingenuity, and fine gardening maintenance to residential clients in our service area. Our small team works together to provide full service for our clients for the life of their garden. We are not a mow-blow gardening company, we manage high-end gardens where the highest quality work is required. The applicant must be able to work to the standards required for a fine gardening service, perform.
Duties:
Perform duties such as pruning, planting, weeding, blowing, hand watering, mowing, edging, and removal of landscape debris
Plant knowledge, good eye for detail
Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers
Assist in loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and garden debris daily from company vehicles.

Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual
An excellent attitude, a willingness to learn, a desire to do quality work
10 years experience in residential landscaping
Reliable, prompt, and able to work hard, use tools, lift 60#
Valid California driver's license with good driving record
Ability to effectively understand and communicate with the manager and crew members
Must be physically able to work in a year-round outdoor environment performing manual labor
