I have a small landscape business installing my designs in west Sonoma county. I prefer you to have some experience in all phases including; demolition, metal edging, irrigation, some carpentry skills, planting. Ability to install timers, valves, patios, water features is a plus. You would need to be very strong ( we often move boulders), good stamina, speak fluent English, a great communicator, great listener with a positive attitude and self motivated. Definitely punctual and sober on site is important as well. I will train the right person(s) to my standards.
This is not a mow and blow company, but I do have a few maintenance accounts where I need someone to weed whack and we usually use a blower to clean up . Schedule is somewhat flexible and project based - more details when we talk. It may be possible if you have your own side work as well, but sometimes it can be full time during busy times. I pay better than most companies, but will most likely start you at 25per hour based on experience. Looking to hire someone asap. My other crew member moved out of the area. Call or text is best.
