Lead Carpenter
San Francisco Licensed General Contractor seeking a highly skilled individual to help grow a small business. We work on a variety of small residential remodeling projects predominantly in the City of San Francisco and are seeking an employee that is reliable, trustworthy, detail oriented, hard working, and eager to learn. Projects include Two Story Additions, Basement Renovations, ADU’s, Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations, Deck construction & Repair, Windows / Doors, and Voluntary Strengthening Projects.
15 + years experience in residential remodeling is required
Initial daily tasks for this position include reading / understanding blue prints and site documents, standard site work, rough framing, stair stringers, finish carpentry, proper installation of windows & doors, concrete form work, building shoring. Must have the ability to lay out other employees and ensure tasks are completed properly and in a timely fashion. An individual with a solid work ethic, and a passion for building it “right” is the ideal candidate.

- Reliable truck with lumber rack
- Possess tools of the trade in good working condition
- Understand the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Critical thinking skills along with an interest in problem solving
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
This position is for 40 hours per week, M-F 9am-5pm. Compensation is around $40 per hour, but will be based on experience and skill. We do not offer medical insurance coverage.
