Established high-end contractor is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for full-time positions. Emphasis will be on residential, cabinet refinishing, new construction and light commercial painting, but experience in stains and specialty coatings a plus. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in residential high quality painting preferred but not required.
Knowledge of practices, methods and techniques. Specifically pertaining to surface preparation, primers and fine finish paint applications.
Ability to organize tasks and communicate clearly.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Maintain daily/weekly job reports.
Must be able to establish US employment eligibility.
Ability to speak and understand English, bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
