What We’re Looking For:
We need a skilled professional to assist with remodels and handle occasional emergency repairs. Our full-time handyman lives out of the area, so we're looking for someone local who can step in when needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Plumbing and electrical repairs
Carpentry and drywall work
Painting and general property upkeep
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong skills in multiple trades
Your own professional tools and reliable transportation
A self-motivated, can-do attitude
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $30 to $40 per hour (based on experience) (contract position)
