We specialize in outdoor construction projects including retaining walls, excavation, decks, and concrete work. We're now expanding into paver installations and are looking for a talented and driven foreman to help lead the charge.
The Role:
We’re seeking a working foreman who has hands-on experience installing concrete pavers (driveways, patios, walkways, etc.) and is eager to help build a new division of our business. You’ll lead crews on site, manage job flow, and play a key role in the growth of our paver service offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in general construction, with at least 2+ years focused on paver installations
Ability to read plans, layout patterns, and manage elevations and drainage
Strong leadership skills and ability to run a small crew efficiently
Experience with equipment such as plate compactors, saws, skid steers (a plus)
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members
Willingness to train crew members, develop systems, and grow with the company
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
