Our Ideal Candidate:
- An expert (5 years minimum of hands-on experience in cabinetry or fine woodworking)
- Is knowledgeable in high-end cabinet construction and understands quality standards
- Fluent in reading and building from shop drawings
- Comfortable and efficient using professional woodworking machinery and small tools
- Doesn't believe in cutting corners"it's good enough" means it doesn't meet your standards
- Consistent and meticulous, paying attention to details
- Committed to fine craftsmanship and works with integrity
- Open to learning new methods and refining skills/processes
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Available to work full time, Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm (no exceptions)
