Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and licensed General Pest Technician (Route Tech) to join our team. As a General Pest Technician, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing pest-related issues for our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, providing expert advice on pest control options, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive interior and exterior inspections to identify potential and existing pest problems.
Locate dangerous and destructive pests, such as rodents, insects, and other unwanted creatures.
Offer knowledgeable advice on both chemical and natural pest control remediation options.
Provide estimates for one-time treatments or continual maintenance plans.
Collaborate directly with customers to address their pest-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications:
Clean DMV
Valid pest control technician license preferred. Will provide training.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Commitment to safety protocols and ethical pest control practices.
Compensation:
$22-32hr plus monthly commissions ranging from 5-10k+ Mo.
