Bustling downtown shop seeks skilled worker to assist with plant maintenance, processing flowers, driving deliveries and general support of designers.
Requirements:
Valid CA Driver's License.
Knowledge of plant care and maintenance basics.
Knowledge of cut floral care and handling basics.
Some customer service post training.
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
This position is great for someone starting out in the industry and looking to learn. We provide ample training for all duties listed above. Once trained, anyone in this role should be comfortable working independently whether driving regular deliveries, maintaining our plant accounts or helping keep our store clean and organized for our floral designers. This is a Seasonal- Full Time position. Ideal candidate would start in October and work through May. If sales and staffing levels support post May- the position may become year-round.
