We are a residential maintenance company in the city. Have been in business 20 years and a 5 star rating on Yelp. We do maintenance for residential properties in San Francisco, from homes, to condos to apartment buildings. We also do complete renovation work, including new kitchen and bathrooms. From time to time we will do work on the ground floor commercial / retail space of properties in the city, such as build out cafe's and restaurants.
We are looking for a full time plumber, with tools and a vehicle. We work 8:00 - 4:30. We work in teams of two, so you will be working with a helper we will provide.
Starting salary is $30/hr. We provide workers comp., reimburse gas, annual bonus, annual raise, company shirts and you earn sick days of 1 hours for every 30 hours worked, in accordance with San Francisco ordinance.
We are licensed, so you do not need one.
