Town and Country Mobile Village has an opening for a responsible, hardworking, experienced property maintenance worker for a senior mobile home park.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Available Benefits include health insurance, paid time off and holiday pay.
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
Overall maintenance of the Park, which includes the clubhouse, pool, game room, laundry room, restrooms, dog
park, car wash, and other common areas
Landscaping of the park entrance and other common areas
Janitorial cleaning of clubhouse, restrooms, and other facilities
Minor electrical, plumbing and construction repairs
Interior / exterior painting
Inspections of mobile home sites, utility pedestals, gas meters and regulators
Maintenance and cleaning of golf cart
Job Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 60lbs (bag of concrete)
