Half Moon Bay General Contractor seeking individual to lead and supervise residential projects. Prefer local resident with knowledge of all aspects of home construction and remodeling
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communications skills - ability to interact with project team and clients
Fluent in English (Spanish preferred, but not required)
Verifiable experience in residential construction - ability to perform all phases of general carpentry required for home remodeling
Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures
Ability to read plans
Good computer and technical skills
Excellent time management skills
Current/valid and clean California driver's license and reliable transportation
