- Proven experience in remodeling and renovations
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
- Must have own tools
- Ability to follow instructions
- Work independently and as a team
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of basic math
- Good communication skills
- Follow safety guidelines and promote a safe job site
- High standards for quality of work.
- Drug free
- Clean driving and background
- Must have valid DL and reliable transportation
