General Contractor looking for reliable and hard working skilled laborer. We work in and around the San Francisco Bay Area so must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Successful candidates possess a can do attitude and are medium to high level jack of all trades who posses the following skills:
-Working on scaffold 5-8 stories high
-Patchwork
-Masonry
-Stucco
-Cement
-Framing
-Finish Carpentry
-Drywall
-Paint
Responsibilities:
-Prep construction sites daily, load tools, materials and equipment
-Maintain a cleanly job-site at all times
-Open communication with team, foremen and managers daily
Requirements:
-Tools and transportation NO EXCEPTIONS
-Must be willing to work a W2 schedule Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
-Maintain high standards and deliver only the best quality work
-Willingness to train if necessary
-Multi Skillset preferred
Wages depend on experience $18-30hr
