Residential General Contractor based in Marin is looking for a candidate with a solid background in multiple facets of construction. A “Jack-Of-All-Trades” type for our small projects division. Someone who understand construction, most codes, and be able to deliver high end quality work for discriminating clients. IMMEDIATE POSITION OPEN for the right candidate, with higher than normal compensation. Looking for a candidate with at least 10 years experience as a journey level carpenter with management skills. This is not a handyman position. It is a position that requires a broad knowledge of the trades.
This job will require travel to multiple job sites per day, throughout the greater Bay Area, but with the main focus on Marin, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Napa counties.
Someone who can take direction from the Department Manager and be able to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Fill Out Company Paperwork
The following are a plus:
Ability to read and understand plans (architectural drawings)
Electrical & Plumbing knowledge
Critical thinking skills to be able to solve problems as they arise
Word and excel
