JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Install automatic doors and hardware following established standards and procedures.
-Read and interpret paperwork to understand the scope of work and necessary materials.
-Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
-Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform on-site repairs efficiently.
-Ensure all materials and equipment are loaded and secured on your truck before leaving.
-Keep an efficient schedule by leaving the shop and arriving promptly at each job or service call.
-Use manuals and other resources to ensure accurate repairs for each brand of door serviced.
-Thoroughly and accurately test automatic doors, hardware, and related equipment thoroughly and accurately immediately after installation or repair.
-Provide customers with a clear and detailed explanation of the capabilities and operation of all installed or repaired doors and hardware.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to completing jobs and all related paperwork accurately.
-Always operate safely and efficiently while performing job duties.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and team members.
-Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-AAADM certification is preferred but not required.
