We are looking for a lead Tile installer and helper to join our team. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated, self-driven professionals who can install and properly execute the day’s tasks. Full time M-F 8am-4:30am
Some overtime required.
Requirements
-Waterproofing experience using different showers systems such as Schluter, red guard, subseal.
-Experience and Finishing tiles edges using hand toools.
-Preparing surfaces for tiling by attaching lath or waterproof paper, or by applying a cement mortar coat.
-Aligning tiles and straightening them with straightedges, levels, and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise.
-Basic knowledge of Tile industry standards.
-Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus but not needed.
-Must have their own tools
-Must be able to travel around the bay area within 50 miles to job sites.
-Must be able to lift 50lbs.
-Must be able to interact, communicate clearly with customers in English.
Experience dealing with high end residential clients.
-Mixing, applying, and spreading plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives to form a bed for the tiles using brush, trowel & spatula.
