WE are a growing, privately owned, mid-sized residential general contracting company based in the East Bay Area. WE are looking for a highly skilled journeyman tile setter, with multi skills in other trades preferred, but not required. Applicants MUST be well skilled in residential remodels. More specifically, kitchens, bathrooms, room additions and new construction. WE are looking for a TOP NOTCH quality individual to fill this position and to assist us with several projects we have in the East Bay Area (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo and Walnut Creek). Applicants MUST be easy going and able to work well with others as we have an Excellent environment to work in and a well-established team.
Each applicant must have at least seven (7) years minimal experience in tile setting REQUIRED.
In addition, the REQUIREMENTS for this position is as follows:
1) Reliable truck with proof of insurance.
2) Own most of your own tools typical for your experience level.
3) Be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
4) Follow instructions in detail and be able to work well with a team and independently with minimal direct supervision.
6) Be hard working and have a strong work ethic.
7) Present a professional appearance - clean dressed. Company T-Shirts will be provided.
8) Be self-motivated and reliable.
9) Speak English (Spanish is also a plus) and be able to communicate and interact with clients in a manner that reflects well on the company.
