We are a growing, privately owned, mid-sized residential general contracting company based in the East Bay Area. We are looking for highly skilled journeyman carpenters, framers, painters, drywallers, and tradesmen, with multi skills in other trades preferred, but not required. Applicants MUST be well skilled in residential remodels. More specifically, kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, ADUs and new construction. We are looking for quality individuals to fill these positions and to assist us with several projects we have in the East Bay Area (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville and Alamo). Applicants MUST be easy going and able to work well with others as we have an Excellent environment to work in and a well established team.
We are looking to add a few highly skilled tradesmen to our team, so each applicant must have the following EXPERIENCE:
1) At least five (5) years minimal Journeyman experience in their field REQUIRED.
2) Experience is other construction trades is a HUGE advantage.
In addition, the REQUIREMENTS for these positions are as follows:
1) Reliable truck with proof of insurance.
2) Own most of your own tools typical for your experience level.
3) Be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
4) Follow instructions in detail and be able to work well with a team and independently with minimal direct supervision.
6) Be hard working and have a strong work ethic.
7) Present a professional appearance - clean dressed. Company T-Shirts will be provided.
8) Be self-motivated and reliable.
9) Speak English (Spanish is also a plus) and be able to communicate and interact with clients in a manner that reflects well on the company.
