First Response Inc is now hiring a dependable and skilled Maintenance Specialist / Hauling Technician to join our team in San Francisco. We provide property maintenance, hauling, and cleanup services across the Bay Area. If you’re hardworking, hands-on, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repair, and property upkeep tasks
Assist with hauling debris, junk, and construction materials
Complete work orders and job assignments efficiently
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Follow all safety and company procedures
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own basic tools
Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs
Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
Previous experience in maintenance, hauling, or property cleanup preferred
Must have a working phone and be reachable for scheduling
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Compensation & Schedule:
Starting Pay: $22/hr (based on experience)
Full-time position with steady year-round work
