What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspect and assess water damage projects, documenting everything clearly and accurately.
Write detailed estimates using Xactimate (or similar software) and present solutions to customers.
Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure jobs get approved and funded.
Handle all paperwork, photos, and job documentation required by insurance carriers.
Communicate with homeowners in a way that builds trust and provides peace of mind.
Drive sales by closing jobs and helping our company grow.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2+ years of real experience in water damage estimating, restoration, or insurance claim handling.
Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and paperwork.
A proven ability to sell and close jobs while keeping customer satisfaction high.
Excellent communication skills — both with customers and insurance reps.
A motivated, self-driven professional who takes pride in their work.
