General Engineering Contractor located in Petaluma that specializes in residential projects/estates including all site work, underground utilities, paving, grading/excavating, etc., are looking for an experienced Lead team member with a minimum of 5 years operating heavy equipment and a minimum of 3 years overseeing a jobsite crew of 5+ people. Must speak Fluent English and Spanish would be a plus. Must possess a clean, ticket and accident free, California drivers license.
Applicant must have:
A minimum of 5 years heavy equipment operating experience and a minimum of 3 years overseeing the jobsite operations of a 5+ person crew.
Must possess a clean, ticket and accident free California drivers license.
Be able to pass a Pre-employment drug test
Able to lift 50-75 pounds
Read and execute plans in the field
Must be able to follow and give clear verbal directions, accurately complete daily work reports, time cards, and weekly safety meetings.
