I have a small car rental company in Napa. I'm looking for a responsible, reliable and trustworthy person who qualifies to drive for Uber and/or Lyft (or whatever rideshare, delivery app you choose). How many hours you drive per day is up to you but 4 hours p/day would be suggested. I will be responsible for the car, it's maintenance and insurance. You need to drive it and put gas in it. As of now, the car I have available for this is one of the best cars ever made: 2014 Camry SE sport in excellent condition. How much you'll take home at the end of the day depends on how much you drive. From past experience and talking with other rideshare drivers, $25 per hour is a reasonable expectation. You will work as a subcontractor not as a regular employee. This would be a good position/opportunity for anyone looking to get into the transportation, automotive, car rental or car sales business.
