Job Purpose
To assist with the production and maintenance of Belcampo's Value Added Products kitchens.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in packing of VAP Products.
- Assist in preparation of VAP Products.
- Follow all kitchen procedures and comply with all relevant health code standards as defined by management and facility policies.
- Assist with daily cleaning of kitchen and equipment
- Assist with regular deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
- Pack orders for the shops under direction from manager or supervisor.
- Contributes to team effort by going above and beyond duties described here
Minimum Qualifications
- No experience required. Cooking experience a plus.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Valid driver license.
- Must pass drug screening and background check.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires an employee who can work standing for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Lift and carry approximately 50+ pounds.
- The main locations for this position are the Belcampo Butchery in Yreka, California, and the Farm Kitchen in Gazelle, California.
