TADA! Services, LLC is looking for someone who is a SEASONED flooring person to run our flooring division. The Manager of Flooring and Installation oversees the process of installing various types of flooring, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing teams, coordinating logistics, and handling client communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual a plus
Strong Knowledge of Flooring Materials: Understanding different types of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team of installers.
Safety Awareness: Understanding and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
