You'll be responsible for:
Customer Success – We use a principle of hospitality rather than service. It’s more personal and requires you to be present so you will remember (and record) those special moments with each customer.
Product Knowledge: The more you know, the better you will connect on this one. Hop in and become a student by learning from the customer experience.
Strategies for the Customer Journey: This is the year we go after a CRM and the priority of knowing where the customer is in their journey with us. You’re coming at the perfect time. Learn and develop our new capability right alongside us.
Problem Resolution: Ahhh, the problem. We believe this is the best opportunity to WOW the customer. Whether it’s a “mistake well-handled” or a solution to a perplexing problem, this is where we can really shine.
Cross Team Collaboration: Everyone here does something really well. We all share knowledge and capability around here. Cool, huh?
