Storage Facility Customer Service Representative

Now hiring for part-full time Customer Service Representative at our brand new storage facility in San Luis Obispo.
This position will perform a wide variety of duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales - call leads, assess customer needs, give site tours, rent units, complete contracts, know your competition, sell moving supplies and marketing.
Operations - maintain accurate customer records, daily deposits, balance cash, answer emails, return phone calls, communicate with customers and vendors, regular lock checks of each unit, open and close the facility, and the ability to resolve customer issues.
Light Custodial/Maintenance - clean the office, restroom, hallways and property on a regular basis.
Qualifications and requirements include but are not limited to:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1 year customer service
Clear and effective communication in English, both oral and written
Basic math skills
Valid CA Driver’s License
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Applicants will have to undergo a background check and drug test
30+ hours per week to start
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 /hour + benefits
