About Autism Connections:
Autism Connections is a local agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental delays and their families across San Luis Obispo county. Autism Connections was founded by two mothers with children on the autism spectrum who experienced first-hand how quality ABA helps children reach their best outcomes. Autism Connections sets high expectations for our clients to meet and we have the same high expectations for the work that our staff carries out. Position Available:
Part Time Behavior Aide to work weekdays in San Luis Obispo County
Wage:
$15-$17 per hour, based upon experience and performance
Job Responsibilities:
Behavior Aides implement one to one ABA programs with their clients to reduce interfering behaviors and teach appropriate, functional replacement behaviors
Behavior Aides are responsible for completing necessary daily paperwork in order to track client progress.
All responsibilities of AC Behavior Aides are carried out under the direct and weekly support of an ABA Program Supervisor.
