Historic and beautiful Cambria Pines Lodge is seeking an experienced Baker to provide our guests with high-quality breakfast pastries, bread, desserts and specialty items such as kettle corn/caramel corn.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial baking experience and an expansive knowledge of recipes and techniques. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, professional and have a current food handler’s card. They must possess a strong work ethic and work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis and be able to stand for long periods of time.
Salary is competitive, $20/hour to start depending on experience. This is a full time position with benefits. Shift begins at 5am. Please submit a cover letter and detailed resume
