The Role:
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender/Barback. This dual role is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to grow their skills.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A great personality, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality are what we value most.
Responsibilities include:
-Crafting high-quality cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and ensuring drinks are prepared to our standards.
-Assisting the bartender by stocking and replenishing inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, and garnishes.
-Maintaining a clean, organized, and polished bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
-Keeping the bar and service areas clean, bussing used glasses, and removing trash.
-Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner to take orders and ensure a positive guest experience.
-Learning our menu items and cocktail recipes to help guide guests' selections.
-Supporting the team with opening and closing duties.
Requirements and qualifications:
-A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
-Strong communication and time-management skills.
-The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Must be 21+.
-Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
