About Us:
Della's Woodfired Pizza & Cocktails is a lively restaurant in downtown Paso located right next to our sister restaurant, The Hatch. We’re passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and are looking for a bartender who shares that same energy, skill, and love of people.
Position Overview:
As a bartender at Della's, you’ll be at the heart of our welcoming guest experience. You’ll craft cocktails with precision, be well-versed in our local beer and wine offerings, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both bar guests and the dining room. You should bring strong technical skills behind the bar, the ability to handle a fast-paced service, and the personality to make every guest feel like part of the Della's family.
This is a part-time position with 3-4 shifts available for the right candidate. Cross-training on the floor for a fuller schedule is always an option.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Maintain full knowledge of our cocktail list, spirits selection, and food menu.
Provide excellent hospitality and build rapport with regulars and first-time guests alike.
Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Collaborate with bar team to develop seasonal cocktail recipes utilizing produce and interesting spirits, while staying mindful of the Della's brand and taste/buying habits of our consumers.
Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, multi-step cocktail-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
Display a passion for hospitality and the Central Coast lifestyle.
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
Monday-Wednesday evening availability required.
Must be 21+ and possess a valid CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.
