We're looking for a part time dishwasher to fill day shifts Sunday-Tuesday. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish room, cleaning the front of house, and assisting with light prep work.
Some dishwashing or cleaning experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Most shifts are 8:30am-4:30pm.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Daily cleaning tasks in the dining room such as sweeping, mopping, window washing
Daily deep-cleaning tasks
Operate dishwashers efficiently and responsibly wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Scour pots and pans
Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products
Prep food items according to directives from Executive Chef. Includes chopping produce, portioning batch recipes, and safely storing prepped items
Follow verbal instructions and written task lists (English or Spanish available)
Safely handle and store cleaning products
General dish area maintenance including: sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications
Dishwashing/cleaning experience
Bias for action
Previous experience working in a prep cook role a plus
Attention to detail
Organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
Able to spend 100% of the time standing
