Niner Wine Estates is a family owned and operated winery and restaurant seeking a Line Cook. This is a part-time position reporting to the Executive Chef. The normal work schedule is a 4 day week, Sunday - Wednesday from 9:30am-5:00pm. We offer competitive wages and incentive pay that can add up to $5/hr to the hourly base.
Job Duties:
- Show up ready
- Set up kitchen and preparing station to standard
- Cook to standard with care, attention and thoughtfulness
- Clean up after yourself and others as you work
- Help the team and organization work through immediate needs and future goals
- Organize and clean kitchen at end of shift
- Communicate station needs
- Ask questions and ask for help when needed
- Take personal and operational hygiene and sanitation seriously
Qualifications and Skills:
