An intimate restaurant on the edge of downtown San Luis Obispo equipped with a full bar and California-focused wine list, Nate's on Marsh set out to share the ultimate in Central Coast hospitality with only the best comforting dishes worth craving.

We are looking for an experienced line/prep cook that can multitask Must possess a strong leadership ability, and have an extensive knowledge of food, and beverage industries. Our ideal candidate would have organizational skills, customer service skills, pay attention to detail, who can remain calm under pressure.

1. Schedule is Thursday through Monday in the morning. Preferably 8:00 am to 2:00/3:00!

2. Most components for the food are made in-house. Stocks, sauces, bread, cheese, etc.

3. This position will offer someone an opportunity to expand their culinary expertise and technique, NOT reduce it. You will learn how to make bread, cheese and butcher proteins, working with the top purveyors for proteins and produce.

4.The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has great attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Our company is growing rapidly, and you will be given an opportunity to grow as fast as you are able and capable, as opposed to being stuck in a long line of advancement.
