Looking for a chef/kitchen manager to help implement systems and maintain quality standards at two restaurants in the SLO Public Market. We will also be opening a small market in the next month in the same location. Lots of opportunity for growth within this role. The applicant will be expected to manage all kitchen staff, implement systems such as opening and closing lists, inventory procedures, scheduling, etc Looking for a hard worker with a positive attitude and a passion for great food! Some management experience required.
