Responsibilities for Night Audit Agent
· Perform end of day accounting procedures
· Check guests in and out of their rooms
· Answer any questions guests have
· Make recommendations for local activities and restaurants
· Take reservations on the phone
· Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
· Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Manage online reservations for third party websites
· Complete daily light housekeeping duties at the front desk and lobby area
· Able to communicate efficiently with other departments such as housekeeping and Maintenance
Qualifications for Night Audit Agent
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Excellent customer service skills
· Great interpersonal abilities
· Able to prioritize daily tasks and great organizational skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
· Time management skills
· Detail oriented
· Computer experience- Word, Excel
· Graveyard shift 11pm-7am
