Our ideal candidate has a background in the wine industry (or at least a solid love and understanding of wine) and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. If you enjoy sharing stories about wine, engaging with guests, and working in a beautiful winery setting—this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Create an exceptional guest experience for every visitor
Lead wine tastings and share your knowledge about our wines, vineyards, and story
Assist guests with purchases and wine club sign-ups
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room environment
Help with special events, private tastings, and member experiences
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in wine service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
A genuine interest in wine and a willingness to keep learning
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
Must be 21+ and able to lift 40 lbs (cases of wine don’t move themselves!)
Available to work weekends and some holidays
