Job descriptions
Managers
-Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
-Ensure high standards of food, quality, service, and cleanliness.
-Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
-Handle inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.
-Foster a positive team environment, and customer experience.
Cooks
-Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Wingstop standards.
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
-Follow food, safety guidelines, and health regulations.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
Cashiers
-Provide excellent customer service at the front counter.
-Process transactions accurately, and efficiently.
-Answer customer inquiries and provide menu information.
-Maintain cleanliness of the front area and assist with food prep as needed.
-Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
