Be the first contact for new patients by phone. You will be contacting all new patients who have been referred to the office and collecting information pertaining to medical history and other related information. This means making sure all the info is in office at the time of the first exam. Requires excellent verbal skills and the ability to make people feel comfortable while collecting their information. Knowledge of how health ins. works is a plus.
25 hours a week for this PT position. Hrs. are 10-3pm. This is a fast-paced psychiatric office with a great team to work with.
Requires at least 6 months experience in an office setting and/or medical office.
